Question - Do you offer a printed catalog of your products?
Answer - No, we do not mail out any catalogs, because the inventory of our manufacturers changes several times a year. In addition, the cost of printing catalogs would force us to raise our prices.
Question - Can I buy a piece of furniture from one of your manufacturers that is not shown on the NC Furniture Unlimited website?
Answer - Any piece of furniture, or accessory that is sold by any of our manufacturers is available. Simply use the Live Chat, or call us for more information.
Question - Why are your prices so much lower than store pricing or other websites?
Answer - We buy directly from the manufacturers and because we are able to sell in such volume off our website, we do not need to do large mark-ups.
Question - What does "Best Price" mean?
Answer - We will not be undersold by others. This is not valid if companies are buying by the container or on any of their special sale/clearance items.
Question - Are there warranties on the furniture I buy from your site?
Answer - All manufacturers supply warranties and stand behind their products.
Question - Do I have to buy the whole group pictured?
Answer - No, you can buy any of the pieces you want and need. There may be matching pieces not shown. Please use Live Chat or call us for more information.
Question - What is White Glove Delivery and why would I need that?
Answer - White Glove Delivery means your new furniture will be handled with great care in route to your home. Once it arrives, it will be brought in, unpacked, assembled, if necessary and set up in your home wherever you choose to have it. When they leave, you will be able to enjoy your beautiful new furniture!
Question - Do you offer payment plans?
Answer - Depending on your purchase, we may only require a 50% deposit. The balance would be due when the furniture is ready to be shipped to your home.
